Zachary Mark Yoder

Zachary Mark Yoder, age 35, of Topeka, IN, passed away unexpectedly Friday August 21, 2020 at home. He was born on December 14, 1984, the son of Maximillian Mark and Brenda J. (Hamilton) Yoder in Elkhart, IN. On June 7, 2019 he married Angel Keene.

Zach is survived by his wife, Angel Yoder; his parents, Maximillian Mark (Sarah) Yoder of Goshen IN, and Brenda (Robert) Buckey of Goshen, IN; siblings, Brittany Juday of Goshen, IN, Todd John  “TJ” Dalle of Homer, IL, Chance A. (Amiee) Starcher of Goshen, IN, and Taylor D. Yoder of Bristol, IN; grandparents, Verla “Becky” and Orla Gingerich of Topeka, IN, and Vernon Yoder; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Zach graduated from Westview High School in 2003, served his country in the United States Army, and worked in the RV industry for many years. He was a history and science buff and enjoyed collecting guns. Zach was a very loving son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. He loved deeply, and will be missed greatly.

A funeral service will be held in Zach’s honor on Friday, August 28, 2020 at 6pm at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South; Ligonier, IN 46767. A cremation committal will take place at Legacy Cremation & Remembrance Center in Ligonier.

Family and friends will be received from 4-6 pm on Friday, August 28, 2020 prior to the service at the funeral home.

Zach was a passionate defender of the Second Amendment. Therefore, memorial contributions may be made in Zach’s honor to the National Rifle Association, 11250 Waples Mill Road, Fairfax, VA 22030.
