William S Houck, Jr.

William S. Houck, Jr., age 81, of Elkhart, passed away on February 24, 2025.  He was born on December 14, 1943 in Mechanicsville, Iowa to William and Mildred (Heal) Houck, Sr.

He is survived by his children, Tammy (Jesse) Streikus of Cromwell and Jon (Deb) Houck of Osseo, Michigan; eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and sister, Charlotte Johnson of Elkhart. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Sue Henderson and Arlene Merideth.

William enjoyed spending time with outdoors, especially fishing and camping.

In keeping with the wishes of William, there will be no funeral services at this time. Cremation will take place at Legacy Cremation and Remembrance Center in Ligonier, Indiana.  Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in care of Yeager Funeral Home.
