Theo A Blankenship

Theo A. Blankenship, of Middlebury, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 in Elkhart, Indiana. Theo was the son of Mitchell and Hannah (Lewis) Blankenship, III.

Theo is survived by his parents, Mitchell and Hannah Blankenship, III of Middlebury; grandparents, Mitchell (Liz) Blankenship, II of Middlebury, Richard Lewis of Ligonier and Sarah Nance of Warsaw.

A gathering of family and friends will take place on Monday, December 21, 2020 from 1-3pm at Yeager Funeral Home, 1598 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, Indiana. Following the visitation a cremation will occur at Legacy Cremation & Remembrance Center in Ligonier.
