Terry will forever be missed by his 4 children: Michael (Mindy) Cassidy of Claypool, Austin (Tera Sterling) Cassidy of Bremen, Jeremy Cassidy of Warsaw, and Hollie (Caleb) Slowey of Columbia City, as well as his 17 grandchildren.
Also mourning his loss are his sister Karen (Don) Anderson of Kimmell; brother, Robert (Cindy) Cassidy of Mishawaka; sister Diane (Dan) Vande Burgt of Kimmell; sister Pat Fry of Elkhart, and brother Raymond Cassidy of North Webster. He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Cassidy; mother Violet June Cassidy; sister Debra K. Cassidy and brother-in-law, Don Fry, along with several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Yoshi and ICU nurses Allie, Erin and Tiffany at PRMC for their compassionate care. Memorials in Terry’s honor may be sent in care of Michael Cassidy to 101 Warner Dr 13, Claypool, Indiana 46510.
A private cremation committal has been entrusted to Yeager Funeral Home in Ligonier, Indiana. A Celebration of Life hosted by the Sparta Township Fire Department will be held on June 4, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the fire department. At 1:00 PM Terry will be remembered with his last call, presentation of the flag, and the retirement of his helmet.
