Rosetta K. Kunce, 95, of Cromwell, formerly of Warsaw, passed away on October 21, 2021 at Paddock Springs Nursing Home in Warsaw, IN. She was born to James and Mary (Finton) Snyder on August 29, 1926 in Warsaw, IN. Rosetta married Nellis Don Kunce on March 5, 1944 in Warsaw, IN. He passed away on November 29, 2010.
Rosetta is survived by her sons, Roger (Sandy) Kunce of Cromwell, IN and Douglas (Donna) Kunce of Cromwell, IN; 7 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Phyllis Munson of Warsaw, Indiana and Joyce Latta of Warsaw, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents; two grandchildren Craig Kunce and Timothy Kunce; great-grandchild, Gabriel West; three brothers, Phillip Snyder, Louis Snyder and Leonard Snyder.
Rosetta loved to quilt and was an active member of The Washington Township Homemakers Club and The Wolf Lake Church Mice Quilt Club. She was also very active in her church, a loyal 4-H Leader and taught handicap classes at her church.
A funeral service will be held in Rosetta’s honor on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Wawasee Lakeside Chapel with Pastor Harlan Steffen officiating. Burial will be in Indian Village Cemetery in Cromwell, Indiana. There will be a time of visitation from 9:00-11:00 AM prior to the funeral service on Tuesday at Wawasee Lakeside Chapel.
