Raleigh Eugene Elza, 64, of Bloomington, Indiana, formerly of Ligonier, Indiana, passed away on December 14, 2022. A private family graveside service was held at Oak Park Cemetery in Ligonier with Pastor Patrick Blevins officiating. Gene was laid to rest with his parents, Willie & Carolyn Elza.
