Paula Hagaman

Paula J. Hagaman, age 75, of Ligonier, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025 at Ascension Living Sacred Heart Village in Avilla. She was born on March 6, 1950 in Kendallville to Paul and Audra (Mault) Stiffner.

Paula is survived by her sisters, Sandra (Kenneth) Reid of Culpeper, VA, Gloria (Martin) McDonald of Kendallville; multiple step-grandchildren and nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Paula owned and operated Ligonier Motel for many years. She was involved in Big Brothers & Big Sisters. She enjoyed crafts and puzzles. Paula was a former member of Ligonier United Methodist Church.

A cremation will take place at Legacy Cremation and Remembrance Center. A graveside service at Oak Park cemetery will be held to commemorate the life of Paula at a later date.
