Patricia "Pat" Linn

Patricia “Pat” Linn, age 85, of Goshen, formerly of Cromwell, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 2:30 am at Goshen Hospital. She was born on April 27, 1938 in Elkhart, IN to Herschel & Catherine (Hawn) Emmons. On October 15, 1966 she married Melvin Linn in Elkhart.

Pat owned and operated M&M True Value Hardware in Ligonier with her husband, Melvin for many years. She also worked for Farm Bureau Credit Union, Concord Cars, and retired from Monsanto. She loved watching classic movies and was an avid reader.

Pat is survived by Melvin’s children, Dawna (Joe) Hewitt of Albion, Kim (Marty) Lantz of Goshen, Melvin “Todd” (Gwen) Linn of Goshen, Marty (Adam) Grim of Cromwell; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; a brother, Daniel Emmons of Oregon; and a sister, Carolyn Gonzalez of South Bend. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Melvin in 1990; and twin boys, Patrick & Michael.

A celebration of Pat’s life will be held at 3pm on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, IN 46767. Family and friends will be received from 2-3 pm. Guest are invited to bring their favorite memories of Pat to share.
