Patricia Ann Jacobs

Patricia Ann “Pat” Jacobs, a beacon of love and faith, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2025. Born on August 7, 1948, in Goshen, IN, she was a cherished force of kindness in the lives of all who knew her.

Pat’s legacy is carried on by her devoted husband, William “Bill”  Jacobs Sr.; her loving children, Tammy Hartman and William Jacobs Jr.; her adored grandchildren, Amanda (Ronnie Junk) Peachy and Branden (Kayla Silva) Holden; and the precious smiles of her five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Her brother Don Pierce and many nieces and nephews also survive her, each reflecting pieces of Pat’s generous spirit. Pat is preceded in eternal rest by her parents, Arthur and Pearl Pierce, her beloved daughter, Amy Smith, and her sister, Darlene Ryan.

Pat lived a life that exemplified the virtues of being loving, kind, and faith-filled, leaving behind a tapestry of beautiful memories for her family to cherish forever. She dedicated her life to embodying the love and teachings of Christ, creating a legacy of faith and compassion that will continue to inspire those who knew her.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 1 p.m., at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway S., Ligonier, IN 46767. Friends may visit with the family for two hours prior to the service, beginning at 11 a.m. Interment will take place immediately following at Brown Cemetery.
