Pamala Jo Whonsetler

Pamala Jo (Kirkpatrick) Whonsetler, age 66, of Albion, IN passed away at Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN on January 2, 2019 at 8:37 PM.  She was born on April 2, 1952 the daughter of John Bert Sr. and Willodean (Gaff) Kirkpatrick at Lucky Hospital in Wolf Lake, Indiana.

She married Craig Whonsetler; He preceded her in death.

Pamela worked in the area as a cook and a bartender for several years, and many will remember her delicious cooking at Farmer’s Corner in LaOtto.

She is survived by four children, Chris (Robin) Wolfe of Garrett, IN, Bert (Deb Collier) Wolfe of Albion, IN, April (Mark Smith) Wolfe of Albion,IN, and Nicole (Jim) Whonsetler of New Port Richey, FL; thirteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; siblings, Dick (Louise) Kirkpatrick of Mongo, IN, Jack (Karen) Kirkpatrick of Auburn, IN, Lindia (Frank) Demaree of Churubusco, IN, and Larry Kirkpatrick of Garrett, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, John Bert "Butch" Kirkpatrick Jr.; and one nephew.

Pamela enjoyed dancing, fishing, camping, collecting dolls, and most importantly, she loved her miniature dachshunds.

A memorial service will be held at later and warmer date. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family c/o April Wolfe.
