Marissa I. Pacheco

Marissa I. Pacheco, age 50, of Ligonier, Indiana passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at 9:47 PM at Parkview Regional Medical Center. She was born on January 22, 1974, the daughter of Jose G. Guadalupe (Diaz) Pacheco in Salinas, California. In 2018 she married Ricardo Gorostieta; he survives.

Other survivors include her child, Jose Chavez of Ligonier; seven siblings, Jose Pacheco, Esteban Pacheco, Julio Pacheco, Antonio Pacheco, Lesly Pacheco, and Joseline Pacheco; along with several nieces and nephews.

Marissa was selfless and alway put others before herself. She enjoyed playing games and being outside with her dog, but she loved nothing more than helping others. Marissa will always be loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.

A visitation for Marissa will be held from 3-6 pm on Sunday, June 9, 2024 at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, IN 46767.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation will follow at Legacy Cremation & Remembrance Center in Ligonier, IN.
