Linda L. Piggott

Linda L. Piggott, age 74, of Wawaka, Indiana passed away on Friday, July 5, 2024 at home following a battle with cancer.  She was born on February 22, 1950 to Herbert and Mary (Elliott) Wilson in Richmond, Virginia. On September 18, 1982 she became the beloved wife of Mike Piggott.

She was a mother and stepmother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt who will be missed dearly. She worked for 42 years at Kraft Foods and enjoyed eating out, playing cards, and taking care of the house. She also loved her fur babies and mowing when the grass needed it and when it didn't.

She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, a niece, two nephews, a sister-in-law, and her parents.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Mike Piggott of Wawaka; son, Jeremy Chagoya; step-daughter, Tracy Piggott Winn of Wawaka; two sisters and two brothers.

A funeral service will be held in Linda’s honor at 2pm on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, IN 46767. Burial will follow at Cosperville Cemetery.

Family and friends will be received from 11am - 2pm prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
