Jose G Pacheco

Jose G. Pacheco, age 69, of Ligonier, IN passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Avalon Village in Ligonier, IN. He was born on March 23, 1950 the son of Esteban Pacheco and Hilaria Garcia in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Jose is survived by his wife Rebecca Lopez De Pacheco; 4 sons, Jose Pacheco, Esteban Pacheco, Julio Pacheco and Antonio Pacheco all of Ligonier; 3 daughters, Lesly Pacheco of Ligonier, Marissa Pacheco of Ligonier, Jocelyn Pacheco of Aguascalientes, Mexico; 4 grandchildren; and many brothers and sisters.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jose was a man of the people.  He was hard working and a jack of all trades.  There wasn’t anything he couldn’t fix.  Jose was active and lively; he valued the time he spent with his grandchildren whom he cared for greatly.  He was a simple, humble and traditional man.  He enjoyed Clint Eastwood western movies as well as Saturday morning Tom and Jerry sessions.  He also made some of the best French toast his kids have ever had.  He will be truly missed.

A Funeral Service will be held in Jose’s honor on Saturday November 30, 2019 at 3pm at Yeager Funeral Home in Ligonier, IN. Family and friends will be received on Saturday November 30, 2019 form 1-3pm prior to the service.
