Jeff A. Hawk

Jeff A. Hawk, age 60, passed away on December 31, 2021 at Elkhart General Hospital.  He was born to Burt Sinclair Hawk Jr. and Shirley Friend on March 17, 1961 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Jeff is survived by his mother and stepfather, Shirley (Larry) Friend of Columbia City; daughters, Veronica Dean of Kendallville, Jennifer (Eric) Dillon of Kendallville and Karen (Nathan Keith) Lopez of Franklin; 7 grandchildren; a sister Millisa (Mike) Burdett of Kimmell and a brother Robert Friend of Columbia City. He was preceded in death by his father and 2 brothers, Steve Hawk and Jack Hatfield.

Jeff loved fishing, golfing and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.

A cremation committal will take place at Legacy Cremation and Remembrance Center in Ligonier, IN.
