Janet Routson, 61, of Ligonier, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at Kendallville Manor.

She was born in Hindman, Kentucky on July 10, 1964 to the late Fleetus and Oma (Ritchie) Pridemore.

Ms. Routson had worked as custodian for West Noble School Corporation and had also worked for Kroger.

Janet is survived by her siblings, Iona Eddington, Fleetus (Melody) Pridemore Jr., and Cecil (Sheila) Pridemore; step-children, Genevieve (Greg) Luebke, Patricia (Steve) Barthlow, Bruce (Darla) Routson and Raymond Blosse; and many nieces and nephews.

Per Janet’s wishes, cremation services will take place and a Memorial Service will follow at a later date.
