Jack Mosurak

Jack L. Mosurak, age 66, of Cromwell, Indiana passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2025 in Goshen, Indiana.  He was born on October 18, 1958 to Jim Mosurak and Rosealee (Johnson) Ginther in Port Huron, Michigan.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Rosealee and Herman Ginther; sons; Mike (Lorie Parrett) Mosurak of Cromwell, Indiana, Jack Mosurak Jr of South Bend, Indiana, and Brian Mosurak of Three Rivers, Michigan; several grandchildren; and brother, Jim Mosurak of Oregon. He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Mosurak, and sister, Cheryl.

Jack loved his car and spending his free time fishing.

No services are planned at this time. Cremation will take place at Legacy Cremation and Remembrance Center in Ligonier. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in care of Yeager Funeral Home.
