Jack Lee Kime

Jack Lee Kime, age 90, of Ligonier, passed away on Monday, June 16, 2025, at Orchard Pointe in Kendallville. He was born on February 22, 1935, in Sturgis, Michigan to Dick Kime and Mildred (Patrick) Hamlet.

He is survived by his children; Cathy Markham of Goshen, Debbie (Randy) Mishler of White Pigeon, Michigan, Tina (Doug) Marchand of Millersburg, Jeff (Tammy) Kime of Wawaka; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; sisters, Beverly (Don) Underkircher of Sturgis and Mary Reed of Sturgis; and girlfriend, Edith Coney. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Lois and Judy.

Jack found enjoyment in playing music and dedicated his leisure time working on antique cars. He had proudly served in the United States Navy from 1953 to 1961.

Cremation will take place Legacy Cremation and Remembrance Center in Ligonier.

A Celebration of Life in honor of Jack Kime will be held on September 13, 2025 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the residence of Randy & Debbie Mishler, 71053 Michigan Blvd, White Pigeon, Michigan 49099.
