Helen Lucille Galloway, age 90, of Kimmell, IN passed away on December 25, 2018 at 10:05 PM. She was born on April 12, 1928 the daughter of Charles A. and Mary Etta (Speaker) Amick. She married Earl Galloway September 16, 1972; he preceded her in death on April 6, 2010.
She is survived by two children, Ronnie (Robin) Galloway of Cromwell, IN and Cindy (Daniel) Chalfant of Huntertown, IN; two step-children, Harold Galloway of North Webster, IN and Carroll (Linda) Galloway of Ligonier, IN; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and five sisters.
Helen was a very hard worker throughout her life. She worked at Essex in Ligonier and later retired from Dana in Churubusco, IN. Helen loved to garden and grow flowers.
A funeral service will be held in Helen’s honor at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South; Ligonier, IN 46767 on Saturday December 29, 2018 at 11am. Celebrant Larry Baker will officiate. Burial will follow at Sparta Cemetery in Kimmell, IN.
Family and friends will be received on Friday December 28, 2018 from 4-7PM at Yeager Funeral Home.
