Hazel Mona-Kay Lopez, was born into the arms of angels on August 31, 2022 at 9:13 pm at Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN.
She will be missed by her parents, Kaylee Kiessling and Nathaniel Lopez of Ligonier, IN; and grandparents, Kendi Bailey of Ligonier, IN, Jason Kiessling, of Lehigh Acres, FL, and Monica Lopez of Houston, TX.
A private visitation was held at Yeager Funeral Home. A cremation committal will take place at Legacy Cremation & Remembrance Center in Ligonier.
