David C. Miller Jr.

David C. Miller, Jr, age 42, of Wawaka, passed away on Saturday, on February 10, 2024 surrounded by his family at his home.  He was born on April 19, 1981 to David Sr. and Joy (Cook) Miller, in Bowling Green, Ohio.  He married Sarah Till on October 28, 2023.

David is survived by his wife, Sarah Miller of Wawaka; parents, David Sr. and Joy Miller of Ligonier; sisters, Star (Gordy) Mullet of Ligonier, Cari (Trent) Faulkner of Syracuse, Lisa (Robert) Musser of Wawaka, Kristie Miller of Ligonier, and Rinda Eskridge of LaPorte; as well as many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents and uncles.

David loved working on cars, especially Chevy’s. He enjoyed kayaking, had a love of 80s music,  his dogs, driving his Gator and being outside.  David loved his family. He had the most beautiful blue eyes, and the biggest heart. Everyone who knew David loved him. His wife was the love of his life and he had a special bond with each of his sisters. He was his dad’s shadow and had his mothers heart.

A funeral service will be held in David’s honor at 6 pm on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Ligonier United Methodist Church at the Crosswalk, 466 Townline Road, Ligonier, Indiana 46767. Brother Bill McDonald will officiate the service.  A gathering of family and friends will take place from 3-6 pm prior to the service at the Crosswalk. A cremation committal will take place following the service at Legacy Cremation and Remembrance Center in Ligonier. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
