Crystal C. Mast

Crystal C. Mast, age 67, of Topeka, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at her residence. She was born on September 22, 1957 to Dale and Marylin (Pippenger) Craig in Columbia City, Indiana. Crystal married Allen Mast on November 10, 1973 in North Webster, Indiana.

Crystal is survived by her husband, Allen Mast of Topeka; children, Matthew (Jodi) Mast of Albion, MI, Michael (Melody) Mast of Topeka, Steven Mast of Topeka, Tabitha (Robert) Altimus of Topeka; 18 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Byron (Susana) Craig or Myrtle Beach, SC, Bruce (Nobue Miller) Craig of Topeka; sister, Cheryl Dolbee of Warsaw; half-brother, Robert Craig of Fort Wayne and step-brother, Shane Wyatt of Albion, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, great-granddaughter, Melody Gangwer; brother, Dale Craig, Jr. and step-brother, Lake Poade.

Crystal enjoyed sewing, collecting turtles, butterflies, angels, windchimes and Santa Claus. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

A gathering of family and friends will take place on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 5-7pm at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, Indiana 46767. A service will be held to commemorate the life of Crystal at 11 am on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in LaGrange, Indiana. Yeager Funeral Home has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
