Cecelia J Boyle

Cecelia J. Boyle, 84, of Cromwell, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021at her home.  She was born to William Henry and Loretta (Swager) Strauss on December 4, 1936 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  She married David H. Boyle on July 1, 1977 in Ligonier, Indiana.  He passed away on August 2, 2005.

Cecelia is survived by her children, Ronald C. (Susan) Lannen of Warren, OH, Debra K. (Thomas) Karr of Chaplin, KY, Sarah L. (Charlie) Burch of Robards, KY, Daniel L. Lannen of Cromwell, IN, Brenda R. Baker of Cromwell, IN, Teresa A. (Andy) Kasper of Dayton, OH; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brother, William Charles Strauss of Debary, FL.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers and sisters.

A funeral service will be held in Cecelia’s honor at 2pm on Friday, June 25, 2021 at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, Indiana.  A gathering of friends and family will take place from 12 noon- 2pm prior to the funeral. Burial will take place at Sparta Cemetery in Kimmell, Indiana.

Cecelia worked at BRC Rubber Company for 30 years. She loved Christmas, Bingo, playing on the computer and spending time with her grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
