Beverly Ann Martin

Beverly Ann (Kaser) Martin, age 71, of Wawaka, IN passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on March 4, 1946 in Cosperville, IN the daughter of Roman & Bertha (Steinbarger) Kaser. On July 7, 1965 she married William “Bill” C. Martin; he survives.

She is also survived by three children, Mary Ellen Martin, Curtis Dale Martin and Charles Lewis Martin, and her brother; Vernon Kaser, all of Wawaka, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, William “Bill” Kaser.

Beverly was a devoted mother and amazing wife. Her passion was when she worked at Kaser Flower Shop in Rome City, IN, with her brother Bill by her side.   She was considered the family planner and always knew how to include and incorporate everyone in her family to lend a helping hand in and around the flower shop.  Her dog, Brutus always brought a smile to her face, and allowed her family to chuckle when she would carry him around in a purse every place she went.  All great things came from Beverly.  Whether she was working in the line at Essex, aiding students on a school bus for West Noble Schools, or helping you locate something during her time at the Dollar General Store, she always knew how to help.  Beverly will be missed by so many.

A funeral service will be held in Beverly’s honor on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 1PM at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South; Ligonier, IN 46767. Pastor John Lutton will officiate.

Family and friends will be received from 11AM-1 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in Beverly’s honor may be directed to Riley Children’s Hospital - 705 Riley Hospital Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46202
