Betty Ann Taylor

Betty Ann Taylor, age 71, of Kimmell, IN passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on February 21, 1951 the daughter of Eugene & Mary (Durham) Wright in Goshen, IN. On April 1, 2006  she married, Danie Taylor at the Syracuse United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her loving husband, Danie Taylor of Kimmell, IN; a son, Andrew Wright of Syracuse, IN, a daughter, Chrissy (Rob Kamin) Swihart of St. Clair Shores, MI; a sister, Connie Morrow of Syracuse, IN; a brother, Jerry Wright of Syracuse, IN; step-children, Tonya Clow and Chuck (Deb) Swihart, both of Syracuse, IN; five grandchildren; two sister-in-laws, Doris (Kenny) Thorn of Columbia City, IN and Dora (Paul) Gingerich of Larwill, IN; numerous step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Betty graduated from Syracuse High School. She worked for Dekko in Wolf Lake for many years and then for Buggy Shop Bakery in Warsaw, IN.  She enjoyed caring for her great-grandson, Carl and loved to bowl in her younger years.

Family and friends will be received from 3-6 pm on Monday, August 1, 2022 at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South; Ligonier, IN 46767. A funeral service will begin at 6 pm with Rev. Chuck Crum officiating.

Betty will be laid to rest at 10 am Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at Sparta Cemetery in Kimmel, IN.
