Anita Lynn Courtright

Anita Lynn Courtright, age 49, of Rome City, IN formerly of Ligonier, IN passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021 at Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on January 30, 1972 the daughter of Rosemary (Staton) Musser.  On August 30, 2002 she married Kevin Courtright in Ligonier, IN.

Anita is survived by her husband; three sons, Timothy Musser of Kendallville, IN, Bryan Sprague of Rome City, IN and Cody Kehr of New Paris, IN; her mother Rosemary Musser of Ligonier, IN; and her sister, Amy (Joey) Weaver of Ligonier, IN.

Anita graduated from West Noble High School. She enjoyed reading her bible and was very devoted to her Church.  She treasured her friendship with Pastor John Lutton and looked forward to spending Sunday mornings with him.  In her time away from church she enjoyed dogs, cross word puzzles and most of all spending as much time as she could with her “Best Friend” her mom.

A funeral service will be held in Anita’s honor on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Yeager Funeral Home in Ligonier, IN. Pastor John Lutton will officiate. There will be a visitation from 11:00-1:00 prior to the funeral.  Burial will take place following the funeral service at Oak Park Cemetery in Ligonier, IN.
