Amber Rochelle Mister

Amber Rochelle Mister, age 25, of Goshen, formerly of Ligonier, passed away unexpectedly, on Sunday morning April 5, 2020 at home. She was born on April 16, 1994 the daughter of Oscar “Ozzie” Collins and Jennifer (Ostrander) Mister in Goshen, IN.

She is survived by her mother, Jennifer Mister of Ligonier, IN; a sister, Ashley Mister of Ligonier; her fiancé, Spencer Strand of Goshen; grandparents, Mike and Lana Ostrander of Ligonier, Leo Collins of Ligonier, and Nancy Blank of Goshen; mother-in-law to be, Monica Strand of Goshen; nieces and nephews, Angelina Valle, Alysa Valle, Alex Valle, and Able Valle; along with fur babies, Kilo and Sheba. She was preceded in death her father, Oscar “Ozzie” Collins; and grandmother, Connie Parsons.

Amber attended West Noble and The Crossing in Ligonier, IN. She loved being outdoors, was always working to be more healthy, and enjoyed fitness training. Amber loved being an aunt more than anything. She loved her friends and family dearly, and she enjoyed spending time with them. She also enjoyed honing her make up skills.

Due to the current public gathering restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 crisis, friends and family will gather to remember and celebrate Amber’s life at a later date.

A private family gathering was held Yeager Funeral Home. A private cremation committal will take place at Legacy Cremation & Remembrance Center in Ligonier.
