Alfredo Haro

Alfredo Haro, 65, of Ligonier, passed away on February 18, 2019 at his residence.  He was born to Hubertino Haro and Ma Guadalupe Covarrubias in Tabasco Zacatecas, Mexico.  He married Maria G. Regalado on August 15, 1975 in Aguascalientes, Ags. Mexico.

Alfredo is survived by his parents, Hubertino Haro and Ma Guadalupe Covarrubias of Mexico, wife Maria G. Haro of Ligonier; sons, Jose Alfredo (Yamilet) Haro of Ligonier, Carlos Ivan (Silvia) Haro of LaGrange; daughters, Maria (Elias) Herrera of Kimmell, Carla (Victor Elvir) Haro of Ligonier; 8 grandchildren; brothers, Adalberto (Ma Refugio del Carmen) Haro of Mexico, Oscar (Silva) Haro Ligonier, Ricardo Martin Haro of Ligonier; sister Asunción (Nicolas Avila) Haro de Avila of Mexico, Aida (Ramiro) Macias of Ligonier and Basiliza Haro of Ligonier.  He was preceded in death by his sister, Adela Haro.

Alfredo worked at Silgan Plastic for 15 years.  He enjoyed being outside, landscaping, fishing, and working with his hands. Alfredo was generous, happy, outgoing, free spirited, and the “wild man” of the family.

The visitation for Alfredo will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 from 5pm until 2pm Sunday, February 24, 2019.  The services will be held at 2pm, Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Yeager Funeral Home. Pastor Ramiro Macias Reyes of Inglesia de Dios Templo Sion will officiate the service.  Burial will take place at Oak Park Cemetery.
