Lillian "Mindy" Lang

Lillian “Mindy” Lang, age 64, of Cromwell, IN passed away unexpectedly Thursday October 7, 2010 at 4:53 PM in Goshen General Hospital. Mindy was born on September 2, 1946 in Canebrake, WV to George & Alice (Webb) Baker.

On December 24, 1967 she married William L. Lang Jr. he preceded her in death in December of 2008. Mindy had moved to the area in 1965 coming from West Virginia and retired from Silgan Plastics after 36 years of service. She was an avid reader, enjoyed sewing & above all spending time with her family whom she loved dearly.

She is survived by a son: Eric (Stacey) Lang of Ligonier, a daughter: Jeannie Lang of Cromwell, two grandchildren: Chastin and Jacob Lang of Ligonier, 3 Brothers & 2 Sisters. Mindy was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a sister: Kathy Ball, and a son: Michael Lang in 1969.

A funeral service in Mindy’s honor will be held Wednesday October 13, 2010 at 10 AM at Yeager Funeral Home- 1589 Lincolnway South; Ligonier, IN with Celebrant Larry Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Park Cemetery in Ligonier, IN.

Friends may call Tuesday, October 12, 2010 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be given in Mindy’s memory to St. Joseph’s Indian School- Chamberlain, SD 57326
