Hazel L. Smith

Hazel L. Smith, age 65, of Cromwell passed away Thursday March 18, 2010 at her residence.

She was born on July 22, 1944 in Auburn, IN to Walter and Mable (Gingerich) Wallace. She married Charles L. Smith on February 17, 1972.

Hazel worked for ten years at Meijer in Dunlap and had worked at the Lakeland Spinal Health in North Webster until 2009. She attended Cromwell United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband Charles L. Smith of Cromwell, a daugher, Jennifer (Tom) Nicodemus of Ligonier, grandchildren, Thomas and Adam Klatt of Ligonier, step-grandchildren, Tomi (Charles) Hilton, Kass & Kory Nicodemus all of Wolf Lake, step-great-grandchildren, CJ and Madeline Hilton of Wolf Lake and siblings, Janet Anglemyer of Tennesee and Eddie Wallace of Florida.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 4 siblings.

A private family burial will take place at Oak Park Cemetery.
