Reba E. Sandlin, age 91, of Ligonier, IN passed away Sunday October 25, 2009 at 7:30 AM of natural causes at Avalon Village in Ligonier.
She was born on October 7, 1918 in Etna Green, IN to Noah & Ethel (Hamman) Seniff. She married Russell Bellman, he passed away in 1953. She then married Jason "Hap" Vanette, he passed away in 1968. She then married Green Sandlin and he preceded her in death in March of 2006.
Reba was a lifelong area resident and she worked for Sorg Products in Ligonier, IN for several years.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Connie (Jerry) Ray of Syracuse, Cindy (Mel) Coyle of Ligonier; 5 grandchildren: Shaun (Matt) Mawhorter of Bristol, Shane (Lisa) Ray of Brownsburg, Stacy (Travis) Steele of Ligonier, Jeremy (Kristi) Coyle of Crestview, FL, Heather (Wayne) Morris of Kimmell; 9 great-granchildren: Blake, Brooke, Bridgette, Madison, Alison, Walker, Trevor, Aiden and Alexis; and 1 step-sister: Kathryn Scott of Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by 1 infant son: Shannon Bellman and 1 brother: Owen Seniff.
There will be a graveside service for Reba on Saturday, October 31, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Bremen Cemetery in Bremen, IN with Larry Baker officiating.
