Mary Ann Campbell

Mary Ann Campbell, age 61, of Ligonier, IN, passed away at the Goshen Hospital on Tuesday, January 3, 2017, in Goshen, IN.  She was born on October 14, 1955, in Wolf Lake, IN, to Everett “Peck” and Mildred (Weibel) Tarlton.  On July 30, 1979, she married Daniel Campbell, in Ligonier, IN.

Mary was a woman of many talents and great traits.  Her family describes her as a one of a kind person.  She was the biggest animal lover.  Two legs or four, Mary found a way to show love and support to even the most exotic pets she kept.  Her hobbies consisted of fishing, bird watching, tending to her flowers, and making memories with her grandchildren.  She was a selfless and compassionate person with a heart too big to describe.   Mary will always be missed, and she will always be loved.

Mary is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Daniel “Dan” Campbell, children; Sheila (Scott) Richey of Kendallville, IN, Samantha (Brady) Patterson of Ridgeville, IN, Christina (Aren) Winebrenner, of Florida, grandchildren; Daniel Haney, Paul Richey, Laurel Richey, Bradley Arnold, Brandon Arnold, Connor White, Caleb Winebrenner, Lennon Winebrenner, dogs; Duke, Gizmo, Emma, Lucy, and Josie, siblings; Kathy (Robert) Braglin of Clayton, N.C., Roberta (Terry) Good of Kendallville, IN, Joe (Ruth) Tarlton of Pierceton, IN, Mark (Sarah) Tarlton of Albion, IN. and Milt (Sheila) Tarlton of Albion, IN and “sister” Roxanne Annis of Ligonier, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Everett “Peck” and Mildred Tarlton,  father-in-law; Fred Campbell and her brother; Mike Tarlton.

A Funeral Service in Mary’s honor will be on Saturday, January 7, 2017, at 11:30AM at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, IN  46767.  Pastor John Lutton will officiate.

There will be a time of visitation from 2PM-7PM Friday, January 6, 2017 as well as on Saturday from 10AM until the start of the service at the funeral home.

A private committal service will take place at the Legacy Cremation and Remembrance Center.
