William G. Stover

William G. Stover, age 69, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, July 30, 2016 at his home in Kimmell, IN. He was born to the late George and Fern (Teller) Stover on March 15, 1947 in Garrett, IN. On December 31, 1981 he married Georgianna Howard in Garrett, IN. He leaves behind his wife Georgianna Stover of 35 years of Kimmell, IN; sons, Robert (Lisa) Stover of Montpelier, OH, Michael Stover of North Webster, IN; step-sons, Ronnie (Angel) Combs of Auburn, IN, Joe Combs of Garrett, IN, Eulice (Nicole) Combs of Waterloo, IN; his daughter, Christina Stover and her significant other, Melissa Triplett of Kimmell, IN and their daughter, Sarah Bays Lucas, all of Kimmell, IN; sister-in-law, Kathy Stover of Englewood, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Fern Stover; sister, Dorthy Stover; and brothers, Bruce Teller and Stanley Stover. William worked for many years with an exceptional work ethic as a truck driver for the Food Marketing Company out of Fort Wayne, IN. In his spare time he really enjoyed collecting the following: stamps, military antique fire arms, cars of any size, along with anything shiny. Family and friends will be received from 10 AM-12 PM on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Yeager Funeral Home – 1589 Lincolnway South Ligonier, IN 46767. Burial to follow at Flint Cemetery in Angola, IN.
