Barbara K Watson

Barbara Kay Watson, age 69, of Liberty Mills, IN, passed away at home on Sunday, July 10, 2016 following an extended illness. She was born on March 13, 1947 the daughter of William Doyle and Maxine Delight (Campbell) Surfus in Dayton OH. She is survived by her children, William David Hunnicutt, Dannielle L. Hunnicutt, and Denise E. (Mickey) Evans; a sister, Bonnie Boxell; step children, Cathy Norton, Vicki Brown, Jacquelyn Kay Correll, and Tina (Tom) Collins; 6 grandchildren; and 6 step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jack Watson; 3 brothers; and a grandson. Barbara was a lifetime area resident and was a member of the North Manchester Moose Lodge and the American Legion Auxiliary. She retired from Singer Controls after many years of service. A memorial service in Barbara's honor will be held at 1 pm at Glancy Funeral Home, 203 North Matilda Street; Warren, IN 46792 on Friday, July 15, 2016. A private cremation committal will take place at Legacy Cremation & Remembrance Center. Family and friends will be received from 11 am until the time of the 1 pm service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the ALS Association, Gift Processing Center, PO Box 6051, Albert Lea, MN 56007.
