Betty M. Wolfe

Betty M. Wolfe, age 83, of Ligonier, formerly of Albion, passed
away at 8:35 PM February 17, 2009 at Avalon Village Nursing Home in Ligonier.

She was born February 24, 1925 in Fort Wayne to Frank and Ora (Snider) Spillner.

She married Charles F. "Chuck Jr." Wolfe on December 1, 1944 in Ada, Ohio. He passed away in 1998.

She was a homemaker her entire life.

Survivors include one son, David Wolfe of Fort Wayne; nine grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren; one brother Don (Terry) Spillner of Fort Wayne; one sister June (Theodore) Funk of Fort Wayne.

She was preceded in death by her husband, one son Neal Wolfe and five siblings.

Services will be at 1:00 PM Monday, February 23, 2009, at the Funeral Home, with Pastor David Scheffield officiating. Burial will be in Albion Cemetery, Albion, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday prior to the service.
