Connie (Kilmer) Smith

Connie (Kilmer) Smith, 62, of Ligonier, passed away on December 31, 2014. She was born on February 7, 1952 in Goshen, IN to Herman and Kathryn (Yoder) Kilmer. She married Charles Smith on July 5, 1994.

She is survived by her husband, Charles, of Ligonier; a son, Daniel Woodrum, of LaPorte, IN; a daughter, Crystal Kilmer, of Goshen, IN; and 2 Grandsons. Also surviving are a brother, Phillip (Arleta) Kilmer of Goshen, and a sister, Wanda (Allen) Cross of Goshen. A sister-in-law, Catherine Yoder, of Millersburg, also survives.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathy Woodrum; her parents; 2 brothers, Delbert Yoder and Ralph E. Kilmer; and a sister, Marcia Kilmer.

Connie attended Shiloh Baptist Church in Ligonier. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

A Memorial Service in her honor will be at 1:00 P.M. on Monday January 5, 2015 at Shiloh Baptist Church in Ligonier, IN. Pastor Jimmy Shepherd will officiate. Burial will follow in Clinton-Union Cemetery.
