Tommy Isaac

Tommy L. Isaac, age 63, of Wawaka, IN passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2014, at 2:16 AM at Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born on September 2, 1951 to Howell and Lilly (Wright) Isaac in Martin, Kentucky. On May 5, 1973, he married Kathy Slone in Clintwood, Virginia. She survives.



He graduated from Wheelwright High School in 1970. He retired after 20 years of service in the United States Army and was a member of the DAV. He enjoyed bee keeping, gardening, and spending time outdoors. He loved spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren.



Surviving are his wife, Kathy; three children, Katrina (Robb) Cory of Frisco, TX, Tommy Brittany) Isaac of Kimmell, Kristy Isaac of Ligonier; eight grandchildren, Reese and Audrey Cory, Aidan, Nicholas, Blake Isaac, Dylan, Taylor, Trenton Kuhn; six siblings, Merlin and Michael Isaac, Florisdean Steele, Flotine Lau, Marlene Slone, Pauline Dugas. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Verlin, Howell Jr., and Mark Isaac; two sisters, Wilma Hall, Lorrine Isaac.



A funeral service will be held in Mr. Isaac’s honor on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 11 AM at Brimfield Revival Center with Pastor Brett Frick officiating. Burial will be in Orange Cemetery in Wawaka, IN.



There will be a time of visitation on Wednesday, December 3, 2014, beginning at 2 PM.
