She is survived by her mother, Melissa Carrizales of Ligonier, IN; her grandparents, Aracelia and Andres Carrizales of Ligonier; and uncles: Andres, Jr. (Berenice) Carrizales and Michael (Aneida) Carrizales.

A cremation committal will take place at Legacy Cremation & Remembrance Center in Ligonier, IN.
