Alice Geraldine Lung

Alice Geraldine Lung, 84, of Cromwell (formerly of Ligonier), passed away on October 18, 2013 at her home. She was born on June 28, 1929 in Cromwell, IN to LeRoy and Henrietta (Gorsuch) Price. She married Gerald Lung on November 25, 1947. He passed away in 1993.

Surviving are 2 Grandchildren, Matt Lung of Cromwell and Pamela (Garrett) Gough of Bloomington, IN. Also surviving are Kodie Turner, Ashlin Walker, Gretchen Waikel, Marcus Lung, Dakota Beckner, Kellie Lung, as well as several other great-grandchildren. 4 Great-Great-Grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.

She was employed with Sears and Roebuck that used to be in Ligonier. She was very active in the Stone’s Trace Historical Society, having been one of the founding members. She was a member of Ligonier Church of Christ. Alice spent her time as a full time Grandma, and loved every minute of it.

Friends may visit with the family from 4-8 P.M on Monday October 21, 2013 at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, IN 46767.

A funeral service in her honor will be at 11 A.M. Tuesday October 22, 2013 at Ligonier Church of Christ. Pastor Randy Penwell will officiate. Burial will be at Sparta Cemetery.
