Lena Mae Kent

Lena Mae Kent of Goshen and formerly of Topeka passed away at Greencroft on Sunday, June 16, 2013 at the age of 98. She was born on December 23, 1914 in Topeka, IN the daughter of Alfred and Jennie (Sheley) Saggars. In 1933 she married Kelsey Kent, he preceded her in death in September of 1990. She is survived by her daughter, Glenda (Jim) Stephens of Ligonier; a grandson, Kelly (Becky) Stephens of Cromwell; three great-grandchildren, Angela Coe, Nathan Stephens, and Jason McDonald; two great-great-grandchildren, Tyler Yoder and Isabella Coe. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents, an infant twin daughter, Glenna Kent; a grandson, Kent Stephens; and a brother Harold Saggars. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2013 5 PM at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, IN 46767 with Pastor Byron Kaiser officiating. Burial will take place at Eden Cemetery. Friends may call from 3-5 PM on Thursday before the service.
