Fillmore B. Price

Fillmore B. Price, 94, of Albion, IN passed away at Parkview Noble Hospital in Kendallville on June 7, 2013 at 12:35 A.M. He was born on July 19, 1918 in Kosciusko County to John and Goldie (Robinson) Price. He married Pauline Lucille Elijah on November 22, 1936. She preceded him in death in 2008. He is survived by a son, Robert (Carol) Price of Kendallville, and 2 daughters: Rosalie (Richard) Baker of Albion and Nancy Blankenship of Rock Springs, GA; grandchildren, Cindy (Phil) Fisel, Robert Jr (Donna) Price, Debby (Jeff) Shipe, Sherry (Tony) Stump, Tammy (Jim) Hochstetler, Richard (Wendy) Baker, William (Nida) Baker, Paul (Mady) Blankenship, Sandy (Joe) Waters, Roger Blankenship, Jody Perdomo and Vickie (Keven) Langley; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Mr. Price was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Lou Wint, 2 brothers, a sister, his parents, his wife, 2 grandsons and 2 great-granddaughters. Mr. Price served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps in World War II. He attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church. He had various occupations until his retirement in 1979. A funeral service in his honor will be on Friday June 14, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Yeager Funeral Home 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, IN 46767. Celebrant Larry Baker will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery. Full Military honors will be provided. Friends may visit with the family for one hour prior to the funeral service. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
