Barbara Ann Lehman

Barbara Ann Lehman, age 83, of Wawaka, IN passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at her home as the result of natural causes. She was born on August 25, 1929 in Kendallville to Hilda (Bowman) & Harold Reichard. She retired from Johnson Controls in Goshen as a quality control inspector and is a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Ligonier. Survivors include; one son, Barry (Betty) Thompson of Wawaka, IN; one daughter, Deborah (Marty) Haugen of Sacramento, CA; six grandchildren, Lawanna Thompson, Terry Morris, Tina Thompson, Wade Thompson, Chris Thompson and Mitch Thompson; twelve great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jerry (Virginia) Reichard of Wawaka, IN, and Harold Thomas (Pat) Reichard of Ft. Wayne, IN; and one sister, Elizabeth Lemon, of Wawaka, IN She was preceded in death by, her daughter, Karen Thompson; a Great-Grandson, Anthony Carter; sisters, Shirley Nicodemus, Evelyn Leitch; and a brother, Neil Reichard. A funeral service will be held at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South; Ligonier, IN 46767 in Barbara’s honor on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 3 PM with Pastor Terry Hines of Liberty Free Will Baptist church. Burial will follow at Rosehill cemetery in Albion, IN. Friends and family will be received from 3-7 PM on Sunday February 10, 2013 at Yeager Funeral Home.
