Lucion Romeo Lopez was still born on November 21, 2012 in Noble County. He is survived by his mother, Dawn Swango, of Cromwell, IN and his father, Francisco Javier Lopez, of Cromwell. Also surviving is a sister, Ingrid Yarelii Lopez. His grandmother, Crystal Rogers of Cromwell, survives.
A committal will take place at Legacy Cremation and Remembrance Center.
