Shirley Ann Gasho

Shirley Ann Gasho, age 65, of Ligonier, IN passed away Monday, August 27, 2012 at her residence following an extended illness. She was born on June 20, 1948 the daughter of the late Roger and Catherine Louise (Carney) Gasho in Xenia, OH. She is survived by six siblings, Roger (Andy) Gasho of Fairborn, OH, Jackie (Roger) Shaw of Springfield, OH, Dale (Brenda) Gasho of Elkhart, IN, Danny (Vickie) Gasho of Enon, OH, Tom (Karen) Gasho of Kendallville, IN and Tim (Tracie) Gasho of Springfield, OH; and several nieces and nephews to whom she was as dear as a mother or grandmother could be. Shirley retired from BRC in Ligonier after nearly 30 years of service. She had also worked at various restaurants part time over the years. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Ligonier. Shirley loved to care for cats and all kinds of animals looking for a home. A visitation will be held at Yeager Funeral Home in Ligonier on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 from 5-6 PM. A prayer service will begin at 6PM. Burial will take place in Fairborn, OH.
