Fannie Beechy

Fannie (Nissley) Beechy, age 82, of Topeka, IN passed away Saturday August 25, 2012 at 11 PM in her residence . She was born on December 1, 1929 to David & Mary (Troyer) Nissley in Kansas. On November 23, 1950 she married John Beechy.

She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. She is survived by one son, Dave (Lorene) Beechy; six daughters, Mary Beechy, Sue (Dan) Yoder, Ann (LeRoy) Miller, Saraetta (Dave) Kauffman, Pauline Beechy all of Topeka and Rose (Paul) Yoder of Ligonier; 32 grandchildren; 41 great- grandchildren; one sister, Susie Miller; one brother, Crist Nissley, and one step sister, Rosie (Levi) Eash. She was preced in death by her Husband in April of 2012, parents, step-mother, and a great granddaughter.

A visitation will be held beginning after 5 PM on Sunday August 26, 2012 and continuing all day Monday August 27, 2012 at her residence- 4880 W 600 S; Topeka, IN 46571. A funeral service at her residence will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at 9:30 AM with Bishop Samuel Herschberger and the home ministers officiating.

Pallbearers will be Steve Bontrager, Wayne Yoder, Kenny Schmucker, Eugene Miller, Mike Borntrager, and Jason Miller. Burial will take place at Miller Cemetery in La Grange, IN.
