Maria Delourdes Gutierrez De Delgadillo

Maria Delourdes Gutierrez De Delgadillo, age 60, of Aguascalientes, AGUAS, Mexico passed away on June 19, 2011 at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN following a brief battle with cancer. She was here visiting her family in the States when she became ill.

Maria was born on February 11, 1951 in Asuascalientes, Mexico to Agustin & Maria Del Refujio (Ortiz) De Gutierrez . She married Bruno Delgadillo in 1970, he survives. She was a dedicated homemaker & a member of the Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband, Bruno Delgadillo of Aguascalientes, 7 children, Dalia Escamilla, Leticia Delgadillo, & Lorena (Natividad) Martinez all of Ligonier, Heidy Delgadillo of Wawaka, Edgar Delgadillo & Maria Delourdes Delgadio both of Ligonier, & Jesenia Delgadillo of Agyascalientes; 16 grandchildren; & 6 brothers & 1 sister. She was preceded in death by her parents & 3 brothers.

A funeral service followed by an all night vigil was held at Yeager Funeral Home in Maria’s honor on Sunday June 19, 2011 at 7PM with Father Wilson Corzo officiating.
