Bob C. Chiddister

Bob C. Chiddister, age 53, of Cromwell, IN passed away unexpectedly at 7:30 PM on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at his residence. He was born on August 15, 1957 in LaGrange, IN to Bob W. & Deloris (McClure) Chiddister.

Bob graduated from Fairfield High School in 1976. He worked for Cromwell Lumber Company for over 16 years & has worked for North Central Co-op for the last 18 years. He loved to ride his Harley Davidson motorcycles and was a member of the Eagles in Syracuse.

He is survived by two sons, Scott (Tonia) Chiddister of Albion, Travis (Jenny Cary) Chiddister of Ligonier; three grandchildren, Justin, Emily & Ally Chiddister all at home; his mother, Deloris Chiddister of Ligonier; three sisters, Sally (Kerry) Wilson of Albion, Sherri (Lewis) Kilgore of Wolf Lake, & Shellie (Don Click) Koze of Ligonier. He was preceded in death by his father, Bob W. Chiddister.

A funeral service will be held in Bob’s honor on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 10 AM at Yeager Funeral Home- 1589 Lincolnway South; Ligonier, IN 46767 with Celebrant Larry Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Orange Township Cemetery in Brimfield, IN.

A visitation will be held on Monday, June 20, 2011 from 2-8 PM at the funeral home.
